To view a client's summary, navigate to the Clients list and click on a specific client's name to see their lifetime value, outstanding balance, and history. This dashboard gives you a snapshot of your relationship so you can easily identify your best clients.
How to view the summary:
- Navigate to the Clients list.
- Click on a specific client's name.
- You will see a dashboard displaying their total lifetime value, outstanding balance, and a history of all their past invoices and quotes.

- Recognise High-Value Clients: Use the total lifetime value to identify your most loyal and profitable clients. Consider sending them a thank-you note, offering a special loyalty discount, or prioritising their requests to maintain a strong relationship.
- Follow-Up Based on Invoice History: Review their past invoices to anticipate their needs. If a client regularly purchases a specific service every few months, proactively reach out to them when they are due for their next service.
