Creating and Sending a New Quote

To create a new quote, navigate to the Quotes section via the sidebar and click New Quote. A quote is an estimate you provide to a client before work begins, and the creation process is very similar to creating an invoice.

How to create a quote:

  1. Navigate to the Quotes section via the sidebar.
  2. Click New Quote.
  3. Fill out the client details, line items, and validity date (e.g., "Valid for 30 days").
  4. Once completed, you can click Download as PDF to generate a document to share directly with the client.
