To add or update your banking details, navigate to the Business Setup or Settings page and locate the Billing Details section. Saving your payment instructions here ensures they are automatically and clearly displayed on every invoice, helping you get paid faster.
How to add your payment instructions:
- Navigate to the Business Setup or Settings page.
- Scroll down to the Billing Details or Payment Information section.
- Fill in your preferred payment methods. You can typically include:
- Bank Transfer Details: BSB, Account Number, and Account Name.
- PayID / Email: If you accept instant payments.
- Payment Terms: (e.g., "Payment due within 14 days").
- Click Save to confirm.
[!IMPORTANT] Always double-check your account numbers before saving. The details you enter here will appear precisely as written at the bottom of your generated PDFs.
