Setting Up Your First Business Profile

To set up your business profile, navigate to the Settings or Business Setup page, fill in your essential details, and upload your logo. This is the first step to creating professional invoices, as it ensures all your documents have the correct contact details and branding.

How to set up your profile:

  1. Navigate to the Settings or Business Setup page using the main navigation menu.
  2. In the Business Details section, you will see fields for your company information.
  3. Fill in your essential details:
    • Business Name: Your official company name.
    • ABN / Tax ID: Your registered business number (crucial for valid tax invoices).
    • Contact Information: Email, Phone Number, and Address.
  4. Upload a Logo: Click on the logo placeholder to upload your company logo. A square or horizontal layout works best.
  5. Click Save.

[!TIP] This information will automatically populate at the top of every new invoice and quote you create. You can always come back and update this later if your details change.
