To manage multiple business profiles, use the Profile Selector dropdown on the Business Setup page to add a new profile and switch between them. This feature allows you to keep your invoicing entirely separate for side hustles or multiple businesses without needing multiple accounts.
How to add an additional profile:
- Go to the Business Setup page.
- Look for the Profile Selector dropdown (usually located at the top of the settings page).
- Click on the dropdown and select Add New Profile (or the
+icon). - Enter the new business name, ABN, and contact details just like you did for your first profile.
- Click Save.
Switching between profiles:
Whenever you are creating a new invoice or quote, simply use the Profile Selector to choose which business entity is issuing the document. The layout and logo will automatically update to match the selected profile.
